State Bank Of India — new requested pin no. is not working

Hello Sir, Ma'am, I have requested a request to for new pin number on 23 sep 2014 and my complaint under Ticket No is AT[protected]. After few days I got a new pin no. from bank but when I checked this pin no. Then its saying incorrect pin no. Bank deducted 51rs from my account for this and my problem is not solved yet. When I called to customer care about this issue then they told me that they can't help me out for this issue. You need to contact on branch. And when I contact to branch then they told me that please call on customer care. This is very hectic condition for me. I need it very much. Can you please help me about this.
