State Bank of India — No dues Certificate not issued

Sir, My SBI Kisan Credit Crad Account number is [protected] last 10 years in the Branch - Ashoknagar Distt. Ashoknagar M.P. Br. Code SBIN0005089. I request to close my account to Bank Manger and I deposite full amount of KCC. I pray to manger for issed do dues certificate but not issued no dues certificate to me. I request in this matter last 30 days but not responce for me. So please give to instruction to Bank Manager for issued No dues certificate to me.
