[Resolved]  State Bank of India — NO INTEREST SUBSIDY GIVEN TO ME EVEN IF I AM ELIGIBLE UNDER CSIS SCHEME

I have taken study loan of amount Rs. 2, 80, 655 for my Btech study for the year 2007-11, from the SBI RAHAMA branch, jagatsinghpur, Odisha. According to New CSIS Scheme (as Declared by Finance minister in the budget 2014) for interest subsidy relief, I am fully eligible according to the maintioned criteria in the scheme. But the bank didn't gave any amount relief towards me. They are saying that" You are not eligible bcz u have started to give the interest". But there is no such condition in the scheme itself.
