[Resolved]  State Bank Of India — no response for requesting new account opening

sir, I am Dr.Aarthy working as a doctor in govt. medical college chennai. Recently i went to your SBI main branch in chengalpet to enquire regarding the procedure to open a new account. but the person on the chair responded me poorly, and his only answer was, we already have so much to process so come after one month. I was asking him to to provide me atleast the form, but he never minded to respond for that.he was promising to open an account immediately to the person standing nearby me, who seems to be his relative. I was really disappointed by the way he replied. If this is the case for a government employee, then how will the uneducated be treated in your bank. I really want this to bring to your notice to take necessary action. Thank you.
