Greetings for the day,
I am Vimala M have an SB account in SBI Hesaraghatta Road, Bangalore Branch
1. Its 2 weeks over from the day I had requested for the new debit card, as my old debit card was theft in the bus I requested for the new debit card through an written application given
Till now the request is not considered and proceeded, The staff over this bank is not cooperative. They have not provided an single acknowledgement for the application that I have given.
2. I had requested for change of my mobile number for all further communication, they have not updated the my mobile number inspite of giving the application thrice.
Request you to kindly take necessary action so that the branch people work promptly for the salary what they take and do justice to the customer.
