Oear Sir,
I sincerely being the following facts to your kind notice:-
On 11th May, 2013 my father took my debit card in order' to withdraw
Rs 10, 000/- from State Bank of India, Branch ATM machine, ( ATM 10 - HFEC-
[protected] Saurabh Vihar, Jaitpur Road, Badarpur, New Oelhi-44. He punched
requisite details on ATM machine and gave a command for withdrawal
Rs 10, 000/-. Unfortunately, ATM machine stopped working abruptly and my
father did not get Rs 10, 000/- from the machine. My father lodged the
complaint with IerCI Bank Customer Care Services vide complaint 10 No.
[protected] on the same day i.e. u" May, 2013. After 15 days I got a message
from Customer Care Authorities of IerCI Bank that the cash of Rs 10, 000/- had
been withdrawn. The amount of Rs 10, 000/-has been debited in my saving
account bearing No.[protected] on 11th May, 2013. Thereupon, I lodged a
complaint with Branch Manager, ICIer Bank, Noida on 27th May, 2013. Besides,
my father lodged a complaint with Ms Rashmi Fauzdar, Banking Ombudsman in
Reserve Bank of India, Sansad Marg, New Delhi on 13th September, 2013. At the
end of the day, ICICI Bank authorities repudiated their liability of Rs 10, 000/-
vide their letter No. CSQG/[protected]/2013-14 dated 21.8.2013. The copies of
relevant documents are enclosed herewith for your kind consideration please.
In view of the facts mentioned above, I sincerely request your organization to
.Iook into my problem and get it resolved at the earliest.
