State Bank of India — Non issue of loan interest certificate

This is Mr. Rajendra Mohile, I have a savings bank account in SBI, BKC branch. I have availed Education loan from SBI, BKC in the name of my daughter Ms Ashita Mohile. Loan account no [protected]. I visited the bank on 28/04/15, at around 02.30pm and asked for Loan account statement and interest certificate for the financial year. The attending person told me that i will be issued only one of the two. I was given only account statement for the financial year. I would like to make a complaint about this matter of not issuing the demanded documents which i am entitled to.
