I am pronab kanti pal, i have a savings ac. On sbi nabadwip (W. B) branch with ac. No [protected]. This is joint ac with my mummy, i need net banking, so i send my mummy to get net banking kit at branch but their no one is provide it, they told u r not eligible for it. The name of that officer is dipal kumar indra, now i am at bhopal for my job, so what i do in this situation? I need ur help.
