I m a customer of SBI since last year. I had done an online transaction on 21st of October and it was unsuccessfull. I called SBI Customer Care the next day then i was told that its showing in their system about the transaction and it would be refunded in 2 days but it was not refunded. Today I called them again to register a complaint but after taking all necessary information they told that my transaction is not available in their system and if its not available then how was it available the last time when i called them.
