State Bank of India — not responding to customers

Respected Sir, Madam
I P.Venkatarathnam. I have been taken the DD in STATE BANK OF INDIA in S.P.S.R NELLORE district at KALUVOYA branch.In the favour of JAIN IRRIGATION SYSTEMS Ltd Hyderabad. Date:[protected]. Amount: 9110/-.So my DD was missfallen.So therefore i am asking the DD number in bank assistent branch manager.But ABM was saying here there is no data on that DD. But i want DD number is much urgent.So take the action as soon as possible.
