State Bank Of India — Not taking complaints and not able to generate tpin after multiple attempts | |||
I have tried to log complaints against IMPS transaction fee & TDS being cut multiple times for every transaction from their internet banking and complaint never gets registered. I Then tried to register the complaint through call center after frustering number of re-routing to person told me that I need to put TPIN and he will access my acc information and once he validates only will he take the complaint. I asked him to help reset the TPIN after 4-5 attempts on their IVR their system doesnt recognise that I have entered something. After wasting 30-40 mins the person says his system is not responding please call after 1-2 hrs to log a request again for TPIN. This is highly frustrating and not helpful at all Was this information helpful? | |||

The Complaint is still not resolved and the call center doesn't help at all The status on site from 2-Jun is still under process.. Keep calling them they keep saying it will be resolved in 2-3 days. Their TAT for resolution is 10 days as per what they say but that doesn't seem to having any impact on them...
