Dear Sir,
With lot of dissatisfaction I am forced to bring this issue up to you.
I have a NRE savings acc in Shyambazar, Kolkata. I have been maintaining the account since 2012. I have given application to provide me transaction rights in internet banking, but it is not resolved for almost a month.
I have lodged a ticket through customer car and did exactly what was prompted as upgrading e-services. I have submitted the request also to the bank last week.
Till date nothing has been done on it and as it seems they are not taking it seriously. I don't have ATM card and hence only way to transact while I abroad is through net banking.
I would like you to kindly intervene in this matter and help me out as soon as possible.
