Sir, i pranab das ac no-[protected] on dated 02/02/2021 i transfer rs-2000 from my ac to icici bank ac through upi but error show transaction timeout and money deduct from my account, but money not return in my account till now. I also file sbi givinance portable and they reply that...[thank you for banking with us. Customer care case: 42835774 for bhim sbi pay (Upi) - upi-transactions related (Only non financial) - transaction timed out has been resolved]. But i sorry to say that my case not solve and my amount not return in my ac no-[protected] till now, but also sbi customer service reply me via mail that my case was solved, what is this matter ple reply my mail as soon as possible.
