I WAS 10 MINS AGO AT YOUR SBI MINDSPACE MALAD MUMBAI, BRANCH TO WITHDRAW MY OWN MONEY AND WAS TOLD BY THE CASHIER ( A WOMAN ) THAT MY KFC WAS NOT UPDATED & THAT I WOULDNT BE GIVEN CASH.
IT TOOK ME 30 MINS TO CONNECT WITH MY BASE BRANCH - AUGUST KRANTI, GOWALIA TANK & WAS FINALLY ASSISTED BY MR GORE THERE.
HE WAS PATIENT & ADMITTED TO THE ERROR / DELAY IN UPDATING RECORDS & REQUESTED SOME MRS DESAI OF MINDSPACE BRANCH TO GIVE ME THE CASH.
BOTH THE LADIES ( CASHIER & DESAI ) KEPT ON NAGGING ABOUT THE FAVOR THEY WERE DOING & HOW WERE RUDE & NASTY.
TO THE EXTENT I WAS ASKED TO LEAVE THE BRANCH & COUNT MY CASH OUT AS I WAS TAKING A CALL WHILE THE CASHIER TOOK OVER 15 MINS TO GIVE ME THE CASH.
ITS NO DOUBT THAT TODAY PEOPLE PREFER MNC BANKS AS THE STAFF ARE NOT ONLY MATURE & EFFICIENT BUT VALUE & UNDERSTAND CUSTOMERS.
THEY APOLOGIZE AT THE INCONVENIENCE CAUSED TO US WHILE THE 2 WOMEN STAFF AT UR BRANCH WERE TOTALLY UNCULTURED . THEY SEEM MORE INTERESTED IN BICKERING & YELLING!!
SHOULD SUCH EMPLOYEES CONTINUE IN UR BRANCH, U MAY NEED TO LOCK / SHUT DOWN THE BRANCH SOON
