[Resolved]  State Bank of India — Problem in opening new account

I am suman kumar and submitted the required document to open new SBI saving bank account in Laxmi nagar, Delhi but SBI staff are so careless, they do not want to open account. They told to come again and again. According to rule they have to open account and provide all things instantly but why they are taking so long time. Response time is very slow thats why people do not go to GOVT bank. GOVT should take action against this and GOVT bank needs to improve more and more. SBI believes in totally waste the time of people. so we should not go to SBI.

Better to go private bank.
