State Bank of India — Regarding over burden of a miscillenious intrest to my study loan account

Sir/ madam, I am a study loan account holder of SBI, Badamba ADB, Branch code 06913, my a/c no. [protected]. From the year of 2012 I am repaying my loan positively as account deduction from salary a/c, but mean while a miscillanious interest of Rs.12971.00 had added to my account on the Date 28th Feb 2014 which is a big burden on me. Please solve my problem.
