State Bank of India — Regarding three time cutting Installment in a month of may 2014

Sir, I am a customer SBI Home loan my account number [protected] and loan installment cutting starting from 03.01.2012 at the rate of 3980 and now the amount of transaction is Rs 5870. During the month of May 2014 it is found that the transaction of Rs 5870 is more than three time extra. I have already contact with chef manager of SBI Home lone at Silpukhri but they have not send any information. So i request you to kindly solve the matter as early as possible..
