State Bank of India — request for ATM card activation PIN | |||
Hi!, I am Sanjenbam Robindro Singh, account holder of SBI Bisnupur Branch, Manipur. My SB account No. is[protected]. Recently I applied for ATM/debit card and same has been received. But, I was advised to collect the card activation PIN from the concerned branch within 45 days from date of receive of ATM card. Next day I went to the concerned branch to collect the said PIN. But I was told that the pin had not been arrived at the branch till then and advised me to come after 2/3 days. After 2/3 days again they advised me to come next week. Since I had to leave Bishnupur for Kolkata on 17th of June as I am posted in Kolkata, they advised me to keep an authorization letter to the PIN with an account holder of branch which I did. Now, it is almost 30 days since I received the card. when my nephew whom I authorized to collect the Pin went to branch, the official of the branch gave another reason and did not hand over the PIN even if the PIN had already been in the branch. I sent many emails to the concerned branch regarding the same. The Officials of SBI Bishnupur Branch, DC complex, Manipur always harassed the customers regularly and the most irresponsible person is the Branch Manager who always discourage customers. His real motif is the less customer less work. He doe snot think of the progress of the department. I am given a card which I cannot avail the facilities. I have requested them repeatedly to sent either my email or by post, which they always turned down. Is there any possibility to get the PIN online??? Was this information helpful? | |||
