My name is hamid rafi i am regular customer of sbi city branch more than one year i have gone bank 16/12/2017 since 10:30 am for open my father account but due to misbehavior of account officer mr ramlal in the sbi city branch (Br code 4556) azamgarh in respect of opening an account and this is happen since one month.

So its humble request take proper action in respect of our complaint.
