State Bank of India — Reverse my amount

Hai this is ramesh babu from madurai. My sbi account no. [protected] and my cell no. [protected]. I was paid register fee rs.1100/- (One thousand one hundred only) to chokkikulam sub registrar office, madurai through online payment on 12.03.2015. Immediately rs.1100/- debited to my account. But not credited to chokkikulam sub registrar office, madurai account. So please consider my complaint and reverse my amount of rs.1100/- to my account.
I was already complaint to sbi, therkuvasal branch manager and online customer care unit. But not satisfied. So i was complaint this to you. I was attached my registration department acknowledgement receipt and my account transaction statement details.
