2 transactions pos[protected] mopsbidrcard and pos[protected] mopsbidrcard were unsuccessgul yet money was deducted from my account.i want refund of 1500 ( 750+750).it was dated on 22nd september 2016.it was done while filling up gate 2017 form.Though 3rd transaction was successful, money was deducted unnecessarily for 1st 2 transactions.plz refund it to [protected]
