Dear sir, My name is HARI VADADA, at around 10:19 pm in the evening on 23/12/2019 (Monday) on CDM number :S5N[protected], i was making a cardless deposit amount Rs.42, 000( 500*84) in the SBI e-corner CDM in hudacolony, Chandanagar, Hyderabad. I selected the option "Add more cash" as soon as the money went inside the machine a few seconds after...there is no display shown and after 2 minutes got displayed on the screen that "Cash point temporarily out of service ", I got shocked for a while & and din't know how to react on that and waited there for around 15 minutes and checked my account balance as well, the outcome! the amount din't get credited . Immidalety on next day 24th December 2019 was given complaint to respective SBI branch (CDM linked branch). I have submitted an application in the bank for the above and continuesly following with the bank branch repeadely but ended with no results and giving silly reasons badly. Due to this all my credit card bills and emi payments got bounced ...and with the cause and effect I was completely got down interms of cibil credit report, charged extra bouncing charges and because of incompetence of the employees or branch I lost my all things.
