State Bank Of India [SBI] — 5000 amount debited from my account to achdr. citi[protected] bd bse limited

5000 amount debited from my account to ach dr. Citi[protected] bd bse limited but i have no knowledge of this... Why is my amount debited... I give no any right to any one for autodebit... I want all detail of it... Please provide... All the information regarding above mentioned subject. It's very urgent i fell very bad that i am a customer of sbi. Kindly solve my problem if there is no any option taken by the bank i will sue against the worse service and unnecessary debit amount
