State Bank Of India [SBI] — 59 rs deducted without any notice and description

Hello,

Me and my wife are holding sbi account from bangalore manyata tech park branch.
My account number is [protected].
We have noticed that our account got deducted with 59 rs without any notice.
Also the description is given as * which is not understandable.

Also, sbi has started deducting 57 rs if balance drops below 5000. They should at least give on notification in mail or sms that balance is below 5000 and please keep the balance more than 5000. To my surprise they are simply deducing money without any kind of notification to user. They should at least notify before doing any such big deduction.

There will be thousands o[censored]ser like me who have lost money because they are not notifying users. To me it seems they are doing it intensively so that they can get easy earning money from perople's pocket.

My always balance deducted from SBI bank in my home branch RS 59/- I always ask for bank manager but nothing happen anything .yesterday I deposited 4000/- RS in bank so deducted 59/- RS . What is this ? I think I wanna need close this my bank account . I called SBI costumer care but they do nothing .
