State Bank Of India [SBI] — Abnormal delay in clearing SBI cheque

I deposited a cheque from Tezpur post office for Rs.368258.00 at Tezpur main branch of SBI on 20/01/2021 to credit to my SBI account number [protected] of Guwahati RG Baruah branch ( IFSC code SBIN0011620). But to my utter surprise, it is not credited to yet credited to my account inspire of my representative's personal request to the staff at the table.
