State Bank Of India [SBI] — about accidental insurance associated with debit card

I heard that there is an accident insurance comes with sbi debit card. My dad had an accident last year. After treatment i went to local sbi pandharpur branch dist solapur maharashtra. But the manager denied about the same. He said that he dont know about such insurance. Bank account is regular and operating. I also did the police case about accident. Please help and guide me...
