State Bank Of India [SBI] — about amazon refund

Dear sir,
I'm writing to inform you that i had purchased a product from amazon but due to size issue i had returned the product. Product name is peter england casual shirts. Sir my problem is that my refund is not credited to my account yet. But my refund is initiated by amazon on 3 september 2019. But i have not yet received the refund. I want to dispute the file. So that the pending refund will reflect to my account. Amazon provide me a refund reference number[protected].
My return date of the product is 3 sept. Sir amount of the refund is rs 944. Sir please take some action so that i will get my refund amount.
