State Bank Of India [SBI] — About credit card settlement broken

I have paid the settlement amount but i did not get my credit card account zeroed out. They deducted multiple time amount. but still they are not zeroed out my sbi card account. system has the problem and i become a victim. recovery team keep on calling and asking money to zeroed out acc. system has the problem then again i will face same issue. what should i do?
