State Bank Of India [SBI] — about mod account

My a/c no. Is [protected]. At raavlipole bhinder distt. Udaipur (Raj.) branch. My mod account is not running successfully. L have saficient amount in it. But when i withdraw over 35000 thousand through atm or mobile pay apps. It not permmited. Atm shows 070 sistem error. My home branch did not respond. My account did not create sweep transfer amount.
