I had go to atm for money withdrawl.atm show that money is insufficient but it does not clear that money is insufficient in atm or in customer account.neither the atm guard know about it i ask him about money insufficient in atm he told me to try with some below amount.for each transcation i charged for rs23.and i have charge totally rs69. is it responsability of bank to inform insufficient amount in customer account or to charge money from backdoor or hidden charges.they have charges ous for many services for a proper reason but it is not a reason for any charge.it just a cheat without a proper clearness.
