I have submitted all the papers regarding this matter but the branch manager (Vijay nagar branch code 1714) refuses to give my money back. I hope you will take action about my problem.

Hi this is srilekha
Recently i got the internet banking . I was told that it takes 24 hours to access internet banking with the user ID and password provided in the kit. But it's more than 4 days that i got the kit. Still it says invalid username or password.

Pls help me in this regard
