State Bank Of India [SBI] — about surcharges deducted from my account

On date 18/12/2018 and on 4/12/2018 i have been charged 4.72 and 3.56 surcharges after paying through card which is not taken earlier by bank previously i also used to pay through card only but no charges has been deducted but now they are doing so, while talkin to abi customer care they say please register mobile banking even though registered with internet banking. And they process they say is also not working to operate mobile banking. Help out in this, they are exploiting to customer indirectly for political benefits to party in rule.
