State Bank Of India [SBI] — According to no dues

my name is Dinesh Verma. i had applied for dues 7/10/2021 and now days i did'nt get it when i went bank bank manager said to me every time we will check information .but they don't. So i want to ask you how many days to check information of no dues. my account no is [protected] and i had never take any kind of loan any branch.

So please kindly tell me what to do.
