Hello, I was trying to withdraw 12, 000 from my grandma's SBI account through Union Bank of India ATM, located in Ibrahimpur, delhi-110036 on 27th February 2023. I tried in two parts, 6000 each .I got the 6000 but while dispensing for the another 6000 electricity cut off. As the account got debited, I contracted the sbi customer care through toll free number and they said it will be reversed But we've not got any reversal yet. Was this information helpful?
