State Bank Of India [SBI] — Account holders are not allowed at 3.50pm inside the bank

Sir,
i had been to the SBI bank, Bangarpet Branch, Kolar Dist, Karnataka to withdraw my amount at 3.50pm on 14.11.2016 but the security told me that the manager and the staff had instructed him not allow anyone inside the bank, I told the security the timings of the bank are up to 4.30pm, even after pleading he did not allow me inside and I had to return home.

When the timings ar displayed as 10.00 a.m to 4.30PM why the manager and the staff are not adhering to the timings, I request you to take action on the concerned.

Customers are veryuch fed with the behavior of Sbi staff in karwar.
No extra Counter are opened as promised by the bank .
Customers have to stand in queue for more than 2 hours. Please take strict action against staff.
