My Mother had a accout with them
and had an Army widow pension and had me as nominee.
After her death on 11 Sept 2020. 2 months of pension was credited and after that it was stopped as we had intimated the same in your branch in Nov 2022.
But after 2.5 yrs still the money has not been transferred to me and reason being the extra pension credited to my mothers account has to be sent back to records.
I have personally informed them 2 3 times to please reverse the payment but still the status is pending.
Being in IT and staying in Delhi I do not have time to the branch in Budaun but still after informing in person 2 times no action has been taken.
Weird excuse are given by manager and new schemes are tried to impose every time I visit there.
