Dear sir
I have applied for atm cum debit card. And the same has been received but without pin. Now i have tried to apply for new pin through prescribed sms procedure as well as calling process but neither i have recent pin by sms nor by calling. At the time of calling it shown error that i have put wrong debit card no even i submitted correct no. I have try to call on customer care no [protected] four or five times after then representative (Female) pick up call and say hey sir it's not customer care no and disconnected the call without hearing my problem.. Please solve the problem and it is also requested to please teach the representative to talk well with the customers. Thanks
