State Bank Of India [SBI] — after the completion of payment it is showing "your session has expired"

The mobile pin arrives very slowly and when arrived and typed it shows payment is successful and when we click on the redirect. it shows that the session has expired. the amount has been debited from my account but the receiver will not receive it. it has happened more than once and i am losing my money but it is not reaching the official website. what to do please help
