State Bank Of India [SBI] — Amazon given refund but not credited in bank account Amazon given me the reference number but bank is not taking any action

Hi sir ... Amazon has given me the refund but it is still not credited to my bank account they have given me the refund reference ID and I took this ID to my bank branch but they are saying there is no money issued by the Amazon if there is no money issued by the Amazon then how its possible that they gave me the reference ID number plss help meh to find my refund money my reference number is[protected]
