State Bank Of India [SBI] — amazon refund amount not been credited

I have been provided with a reference number of the transaction that is being initiated by amazon on 5th nov 2019 but even after 9th working days it is still not credited to my account. I have also been provided with an email regarding the refund initiation. I was being told to contact my bank customer service by amazon regarding this issue but its of no use. I have contacted the bank many a times but none of the bank executives were even willing to help me with this problem. When should i getting my money? The amount to be refunded is around 517 and it matters for me a lot. I kindly request to look into this matter and credit the amount in my account as soon as possible.
