State Bank Of India [SBI] — Amazon refund initiated but not credited in bank account even after 30 days

Sir,
I have purchased and cancelled a tablet in Amazon for rs. 11349 . Amazon has initiated refund on 07/09/2021 with refund reference number[protected] . But SBI did not credit the money even after 30 days.

Please help me get my money.
