With due respect I would like to state that I had made a purchase of Rs 43, 710 and Rs 499 on 15th Dec 2022. This was for Xiaomi 12 Pro mobile phone and tempered glass. But these products were returned because of quality reasons. Amazon had initiated the refund on 20th Dec 2022 with refund reference numbers. The details of the product, email from Amazon and reference numbers are attached with this letter for your reference.
I have been tossed back and forth by SBI despite my follow ups and regular visits to my branch office also.
