My name is A.Naga Lakshmi and I had ordered a product from AMAZON of Rs.680 on 17/03/2022 and later the product was defective so AMAZON initiated refund on 20/02/2022 of Rs.680 to my card but I still didn't get the money. AMAZON has sent this REFUND REFERENCE NUMBER: ONUS20220322 and told me to charge Dispute Form but the Bank doesn't have such policy.
So Please kindly respond to this complaint, its very urgent.
