State Bank Of India [SBI] — Amount 10,000 deducted from card while withdrawing cash from ATM but never get any cash

On 17th may 14:30 hrs i was withdrawing rs 10, 000/- amount from my EZ Pay card [protected], But cash never came from ATM machine but it got deducted from card . Tried complain to sbi CC after many days they took my complain, but no response so far... Kindly help me to get amount reverse in the card.
