State Bank Of India [SBI] — amount debited but folio not generated | |||
I have an account with sbi mudfort (7111) branch. On 21/11/2017 i have given an application for sbi mutual fund (Sip) for rs.7000.00 vide cheque no.506936 dated 21/11/17 and the amount debited to my account [protected] and credited to sbi mutual fund account. Since then i am unable to get my folio number nor any staff member from sbi mudfort and sbi mutual fund responding to my call. I registered a complaint with sbi mutual fund. I did not received any response. It seems that the public has to pay the amount to these companies and forget. I sincerely request the sbi mutual fund or sbi mudfort branch to refund my amount immediately to my above account. I have called the mutual fund people, one mr. Vinod kumar suppose to be the branch manager of sbi mutual fund, always not responded to my call.
