State Bank Of India [SBI] — amount debited from account while atm receipt says transaction declined

Dear sir,
From my sbi account number :[protected]
Rs 12000 was been debited while in atm i received a slip as transaction declined reference number:[protected] &[protected].
Moreover when i call the customer care every time they promise of registering complaint but in vain no actions taken till now.
Kindly take necessary action
