State Bank Of India [SBI] — Amount debited from my account inspite of failed transaction

I did transaction for 70000 Rs and amount got debited from my account 5 days back. However, the receipient party did not receive the credit. I contacted phonepe support team and they provided the update that I would be refunded my amount by 26th Jan, 2022. However, my refund is still not happening and i was not able to contact the team for support. I did reach out to my bank and did not receive any positive response from them too stating that phonepe is liable to refund my amount back. I request to consider this as priority and provide me back my refund amount asap.
