My payzapp account mobile no: [protected]. On 27/10/2017 i tried to add an amount of 5000 to my payzapp wallet with credit card. Amount is debited from my credit card but not credited in my payzapp wallet. Please check my transactions once. Customer care is not responding, and toll free number is always busy.

My A/c. No: [protected]. I requested branch manager to change my address from Shaktinajgar to Bangalore on 18/9/17 but they are asking for address proof. Sir if I stay at friends/relatives house. How can it possible to produce my address proof. Is it mandatary to to change the address.
