State Bank Of India [SBI] — amount is deducted continuously from my account

Dear sir / madam

Myself srinivasrao rayudu from solapur.
Amount deducting from my account by showing that charges received rs 295 from past 4 months.
So to check i went to bank to talk with manager on this issue. He has taken the statement and replay me we are not deducting, finance companies deducting.

I don't know where to go exactly. So i here

Kindly let me know the detail and take necessary legal action against them for fraud and please stop the deducting amount from my account and help me to get back my money.
