State Bank Of India [SBI] — amount not got but money gone from my atm account

In ATM first I inserted card 10000 Rs i got money but second time I inserted card, press amount 10000Rs i not got the amount .But I got message that and amount cutted from my account.

Tips i told atm boy this matter but he told that your money will come aftetwards.
